Ive made this for my one of the ladies from my papercraft class whose Mum who will be 90 years old next tuesday. I used punches to make the flowers and leaves, just inked the edges to give it some definition..

Issy this card is beautiful, your friends Mum will be so thrilled, I've got a paper flower making demo to give at church next month and I love the way yours look.
